FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Who can apply?
Startups at any stage, from idea to growth. Kerala-based startups are preferred; startups from anywhere in India are welcome.
Does GTECH take equity?
No. Market access and mentoring involve no equity. If a startup raises investment from a member, equity or another instrument (CCPS, CCD, iSAFE) goes to that investor, on terms the two agree directly.
Is there a fee?
No. Applying and being matched is free.
What happens to my information?
Members first see an anonymised summary. Your name and details are shared only after you and the member both agree to an introduction.
How long until I hear back?
We review applications on a rolling basis. Your screening meeting with our expert panel takes place within two weeks of applying.
What if no member is a fit right now?
Your profile stays in the pool. We match it as new members enrol and new needs come in.
Do I need to be incubated somewhere?
No. Startups from KSUM, other incubators, or none at all can apply.
